Our services are "Earned at the Time of Purchase". We do not refund fees for training and/or certification. Our prices are quite fair and we offer ongoing support as needed.

All fees unless otherwise states are annual and must be renewed annually. Payments are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

The payment for ONE FIRM or LOCATION does not extend to other affiliated companies or locations. Sharing of our copyrighted materials, logos, or online services requires an additional fee that can be negotiated at any time. We invite large cleaning services with multiple offices to inquire. We also are open to franchise organization who wish to package the GCI training and certification into their system. 

The Green Clean Institute Certified logo or seal is federally trademarked and may ONLY be displayed, used, or represented by GCI member firms in good standing. False or improper use of the Green Clean Institute Certified logo, seal, or working is prohibited by non-GCI members and each infraction will incur a "Liquidated Damages" fee/penalty of $1000.
